Simple rules for a simple timer
By accessing or using pomodoram.online (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Pomodoram.online is a free, client-side Pomodoro timer and basic productivity tool. Everything runs in your browser — no accounts, no sign-ups, no data sent to servers.
We provide the Service "as is" with no guarantees. It's built and maintained by one person (me, Malindu) as a personal project to help students and others focus better.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:
We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by using (or not being able to use) the Service — including lost productivity, missed deadlines, or anything else.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pomodoram.online, its creator (Malindu), and any related parties will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service — even if advised of the possibility.
In no event will our total liability exceed the amount you paid us (which is zero, since the Service is free).

The design, code, name "Pomodoram", and any original content on pomodoram.online are owned by Malindu. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without permission — except for normal personal use of the timer.
The classic Pomodoro® Technique is a registered trademark of Francesco Cirillo; we use the general method but are not affiliated.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice or liability.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore (where I'm currently based), without regard to conflict of law principles.
